Who We Are

We’re a family-run business with deep roots in the community. Coral FM was launched in 2015 as a sister company to an established plumbing business, and in 2022 we rebranded to reflect our expanded range of services.

Behind Coral FM are:

  • Jason, a qualified engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience
  • Claire, who brings more than two decades of business and operations expertise

Together, they’ve built a team of friendly, reliable engineers who share the same values: professionalism, attention to detail, and putting people first.

We’re proudly based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire — the hometown of founder Jason — and we support both domestic and commercial clients across the region.

Fully Qualified. Always Prepared.

Our engineers are:

  • Gas Safe registered
  • Refcom certified for air conditioning and refrigerants
  • OFTEC registered for oil heating work
  • Trained to a minimum of City & Guilds in Heating and Plumbing
  • Many also hold Commercial and Domestic Gas qualifications

We’re also newly qualified in Air Conditioning installation and servicing, ensuring we stay up-to-date with the needs of modern buildings.
